They price was significantly below two other bids

The experience was positive. They phone about a month earlier saying they could get to our roof quicker than expected and asked it an earlier date would be OK. It was, and they arrived when they said they would, and finished in the time they had expected -- two days. The crew was careful of shrubbery and structures while removing the old roof. A couple of small broken branches, much less than we had expected. They cleaned up very thoroughly. I roof looks great, and it appeared to me the all the workmanship was professional, and the materials conformed to what was bid. They price was significantly below two other bids. I would recommend them to others.
